Bike Maintenance

A free maintenance check is scheduled after 3 months of using your bike. This is optional except for heavy riders, for whom it is mandatory when you reach 1,500 km or after 6 months of subscription. 

This maintenance visit is preventive, allowing us to ensure the highest level of safety for both the bike and its user:

  • A 36-point diagnostic of the bike’s safety and comfort (including brakes and lights)
  • A check of the condition of bolts and accessories

For an Individual

Repairs are necessary in case of breakage, malfunction, damage, or accelerated wear (outside regular maintenance visits) of the bike. Only the first flat tire repair is covered free of charge by our service. Other repairs will be billed according to a fixed pricing list and are paid by direct debit from your subscriber account. To request maintenance, you can contact our customer service via our contact page.

During the rental period, ensure the bike is kept in good condition to avoid any penalties after it is returned. When returning the bike, a certificate of bike return will be issued. Repairs due to normal wear and tear are our responsibility, while any damage, loss, or issues due to premature or abnormal wear are your responsibility.

If you lose one of the keys to your classic Véligo bike, please fill out our form to replace the key for your bike.

Our Tips

You can carry out some checks on your own bike (saddle adjustment, tire pressure, checking the brakes).
